Current Balance: $839.95



Treasurer Report:

- Previous Balance of $849.95

- PAC deduction of $10.00 for February

- An emergency board meeting was held to discuss and finalize the decision
to set up a new bank account and tax id number

- Annette and Shelly will handle the closing of the current account and
setting up a new one



Motion to approve the Treasurer Report by Jordy.

Maggie second the motion to approve the Treasurer Report.

Treasurer Report passed by all.



Minutes:

Old Business: Game Night Fund Raiser

Open Discussion:

- Jordy suggest moving the game night to a different time, such as August

- Shelly suggest game night be postponed until PayPal has been completely
setup

- Anette and Jordy recommend focusing on having a Family Feud style of game
night, when ready to host



Old Business: Washington Seminar

Open Discussion:

- Annette and Jordy shared their experiences with the Washington Seminar
and the differences of it being virtual verses in person

- Annette and Jordy shared their viewpoints on the outcome of all their
meetings



New Business: Introduction

- Annette welcomes a new member to the group; Ashley

- Ashley introduces herself and shares her story



New Business: Ideas

Open Discussion:

- Jordy suggest having a legislator as a guest speaker

- All present agreed to hosting a legislator speaker; Jordy will work on
recruiting the legislator



New Business: Announcements

- Annette shares the Columbus Seminar will be virtual and does not have a
set date as of yet, but approaching soon

- Jordy shared the dates for the national convention; July 6th to July
11th, hosted by Maryland and completely virtual

- Annette shared the dates for the national convention for 2022 held in
Louisiana; July 5th to July 10th

- Annette shared the NFB Ohio state convention dates will be released soon
and possibly hybrid

- Annette reminding and introducing the Voice Corp show; inviting all
members to listen in

- Jordy provided information on a resource, The Center for Disability
Empowerment for Franklin county

- Maggie will provide the Zoom access for the next chapter meeting on March
11th
