[Cash-and-caring] quiz turning to cash

I want to say I think we have a great track record of being good keepers & users of our data. Our Imagineering Our Future list rarely receives an opt out ofevery issue gives this option). We should have a thoughtful plan for what to do with the data but we should not be afraid to utilize it in a thoughtful way for the organization. Obviously part of that conversation is working to give value so that people do not opt out. 

I think continuing to build on this success is a good idea.
