I am forwarding to the committee the notice I am asking Mrs. Jernigan to
print in the Convention agenda this summer. I have received only one
definite person for the network which is, of course, in addition to the
committee members and those who attended the Washington Seminar. We have
most of those names.
If any of you have suggestions for the meeting agenda, bring them on.
We will need to have a table outside themeeting room to take names, email
addresses, and phone numbers. It will probably take at least two
volunteers, and those two will probably miss the first part of the meeting,
but I hope to get volunteers. They may or may not be committee members, as
long as they are reliable. Pprint, Braille, or Computer are acceptable, but
it would help if they both use the same medium.
I guess I should remind everybody that the meeting is scheduled for Friday
lunchtime. I know a couple of you have conflicts, but I think this is the
best we can do. If it doesn't work, we will try something else next year.
