     If you have a large amount of material you need to get to Orlando, I
suggest you contact the Orlando chapter president and have it shipped to an
Orlando member who could drive the load to the hotel. You can ship items to
the hotel. Call the hotel and ask for instructions. You might be able to
arrange to ship something to the local UPS office. Always get pricing for
the various options. Conference hotels are notorious for charging high
prices for handling freight destined for the convention floor. Hope this
