Hi Chapter members,

 

Doug and I went out to survey the Gee Creek rest area. 

Appears to be a good setup. There was a group offering up coffee and treats.
They were helpful in answering questions and offering up suggestions.

Although the front of the building is open, the building has a heater, which
seems to be adequate. 

Would someone like to decorate up a can and put the word donations on it for
us to use?

Does anyone have any 12 cup coffee makers? For coffee or hot water?

Kaye will be contacting members to see what they can or want to donate in
the way of supplies, napkins, creamers, etc.

Also, each of us can donate some baked goods. A suggestion from the workers
out at Gee Creek was to go to Grocery Outlet and buy the premade cookie
dough. It relatively inexpensive and easy.

If anyone has suggestion or ides please pass them on.  

 

The schedule for the members who will be working is:

6-10 AM: Doug & Bob

10 - Noon: Mike & Connie

2 - 6: Don & Kaye

6 - 10: Ray & Betty
