OREGON MISSION OF MERCY DENTAL CLINIC 



SERVICE DESCRIPTION:The Oregon Dental Association will provide FREE dental care through a Mission of Mercy (MOM) two-day program at the Oregon Convention Center, 777 NE MLK Jr. Blvd., Portland, OR. Cleanings, fillings, extractions and limited treatment partials offered. All work is provided for free by 1,000 dental professionals and community volunteers donating their time and skills. If dental pain is severe and accompanied by a fever or swelling, go to a hospital emergency room immediately - do not wait for this event if you have these symptoms. 



INTAKE PROCEDURE:First-come, first-served basis, with a maximum of 1,000 patients seen each day. Doors open at 4:00am - come early! 



FEES:None 



ELIGIBILITY:Adults and children of all ages who are uninsured, underinsured or otherwise unable to visit a dental office and do not have a medically-compromising condition that prohibits receiving care are welcome. Children under age 18 must be accompanied by parent or guardian. 



SERVICE HOURS:Monday, November 21 and Tuesday, November 22, 2011. Doors open at 4:00am, and the day's patient quota is typically reached by 10:00am, so come early! 



DOCUMENTS:No identification or documentation is required. 



LANGUAGES:Interpreters will be available to assist Spanish, Russian and Vietnamese speaking patients.
