Greetings –



Clark County Community Planning is currently working on phase 2 of
implementation of the Housing Options Study and Action Plan (HOSAP). We
wanted to update you on two upcoming events related to this work:



   1. *Technical Housing Code Forum*

The next meeting of the Technical Housing Code Forum will be held Thursday,
May 29 from 12:30 to 2:30 pm. The meeting will be held virtually on Zoom.



Meeting materials, a link to join the meeting and additional information
about implementation of the HOSAP can be found on this webpage:
www.clark.wa.gov/housingoptions



The meeting is open to the public however there will be no public comment
as part of the event. Testimony, comments, questions, etc. can be submitted
at any time by emailing susan.ellinger at clark.wa.gov.

   2. *Comprehensive Plan Update Open Houses*

Housing will be one of the information stations included in these upcoming
Comprehensive Plan update open houses:

   - *May 26 – June 30:* Online, self-paced option at
   https://bit.ly/2025CPUpdate (available beginning May 26, 2025)
   - *May 28: *Ridgefield High School Commons, 2630 S Hillhurst Road
   - *May 29:* Ruth Bader Ginsburg Elementary School, 8408 NE 25th Ave.
   - *June 2:* Vancouver iTech Preparatory School, 16100 NE 50th Ave.

All in-person open houses will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Staff will be
available to answer questions, provide information, and receive comments.
