Special Transportation Service

An Important Update For Our Paratransit (STS) Customers
Beginning April 6, CATS will integrate A-1 Patient Transport, a third-party transportation provider, to increase service capacity and reliability for Special Transportation Service (STS) riders.
Some STS trips may use vehicles and driver uniforms that differ from the traditional STS appearance. However, your scheduled ride with STS will remain ADA-compliant and origin to destination.
What’s staying the same:

  *   Your eligibility
  *   Your fare
  *   How you book your trips
Changes only apply to STS. CATS continues to oversee and manage STS and the rider experience.
For questions or concerns, community members can speak to STS Customer Service at 1-833-656-7699.
