[Cinci-nfb] magic help and more

Rachel, there are Windows shortcut commands and JAWS commands.  There
are probably Magic commands too.  What are you trying to do?  Do you
have JAWS?  If so, what version?  What version of Windows do you have?
 You can answer these questions off list.
