Hi Rachel,
Just figured I would chime in here, as I know the answer... And you all have
probably been wondering if I am alive! LOL. Still alive, just really behind
on email...
Make checks payable to the NFB of Cincinnati. 
I just sent in the November minutes a short while ago, hope they came
through alright.
My surgery went well, and I'm looking forward to seeing all of you on
Saturday at the Christmas Party!
