[Cinci-nfb] Facebook page is now live

I am a member of several Facebook groups related to blindness. The
only one I am on that is directly related to NFB is the National
Organization of Parents of Blind Children. Most of the groups are
private so you have to ask to join. That is one way to keep spam from
getting on the page. I love the conversations that happen on these
pages.
