[Cinci-nfb] Quick question about tomorrow's white cane awareness event tomorrow at City Hall

Hello all. Just a really quick question about the event tomorrow: are we all
congregating at the main entrance to City Hall on Plumb Street where the
steps are, or are we joining up at a different location (i.e. Ninth Street
West of Plumb)? I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but wanted to be
sure.
