Hi Walter and anyone else who was not able to make it to the August chapter meeting,

Since the state Board of Directors’ meeting in Columbus is on Saturday, September 26th, the chapter voted to meet by conference call on Monday, September 28th at 7:00 PM. The October and November meetings were also voted to be held by conference call. I am sure there will be details coming soon.

Hello Everyone,

 

When is the next chapter meeting? I understand that we have agreed to have telaconferences, but if I’m correct, it is suppose to be on the forth Saturday in September. The board meeting in Columbus is on that day. So is there a meeting scheduled for September? If this question has already been resolved, please for give me. Unfortunateley I missed the August meeting.

I have been meaning to get this email out since our last chapter meeting and our vote to have the next three meeting as a conference call.

Since the elections are to be held in November this year, a conference call meeting will not work for that month. 

This is something I feel needs to be discussed at the September 28th meeting.

My suggestion is to schedule an in person meeting on November 14th.
