[Cinci-nfb] White Cane event

Furthermore, if you start changing the date to accommodate these
organizations this year they will just expect it from now on.  Why not
include the white cane day as part of the meetings of NIB.  I think
NIB understanding the indpendence of blind people will only help them
as they provide jobs and training.  NFB sets the bar high and we
should expect no less from Clovernook, CABVI and NIB.
