[Cinci-nfb] Question about transportation to State Convention and driver insurance

Hi Chris,

I believe I mentioned something similar to your inquiry. Last night, I
brought up my experience in borrowing a vehicle from a local non-profit.
Unfortunately, I did not communicate in a way that could be understood. In
my experience, non-profits who allow people to use vehicles belonging to the
non-profit often require the driver to submit information to the non-profits
insurance company. This process is normally the submission of a photo copy
of the driver's license and the completion of a form.

I do think that something like what you have described in the message below
exists but it wasn't what I intended to convey. My apologies for both
bringing up a subject that we weren't ready for and for not explaining
myself enough. I will blame my communication challenges on the medication I
am taking to kick this cold.

Warm regards,

Subject: [Cinci-nfb] Question about transportation to State Convention and
driver insurance

Trying this again.

Hello all. I have a question about transportation arrangements.

Someone (Shari?) mentioned there is a form that can be filled out (waiver of
liability?) for drivers providing transportation to non-profit organizations
that the driver could present to their insurance company. Just wondering if
there is a template or a copy for such a form that I could give out to some
people-one organization in particular I'm thinking of.

Thanks,

Cris
