[Cinci-nfb] Cincy certificate of donation

Hello Chris,

 

I apologize for being tardy in submitting this certificate. This is for the
donation we made as a result of the Christmas party, to Inter faith Valley
Mission. Please include this in our Cincy NFB official records. Forgive me
if I got the name wrong, but it is on the certificate. I will give you the
actual document at the meeting today.
