[Cinci-nfb] update on counselor training at UC

It was a great program. I had never heard the term microaggression intil
the week before the presentation and it seems like I have heard it several
times since. I am still rapping my brain around it. For those who don't
know what it means, and that is probably most of us, an example is, "you
are too pretty to be blind." It may sound like a compliment that makes you
smile but it is a negative image of blind people. Sorry for lack of social
correctness in that last sentence.
