Hello, Thanks to those of you who have already taken our survey about
possibly changing our name. If you haven’t yet had a chance to take
it, please click the link below and answer a few short questions. Take
the survey It should only take a few minutes to complete and as a
token of our thanks, if you complete the survey you will be eligible
to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards. At the close of the survey
we will draw five names from the list of people who completed the
survey and contact the five winners to distribute the gift cards.
