Greetings:



Come one; come all, to protest Goodwill Industries practice of paying
subminimum wage to people with disabilities, in some cases as low as $0.22
an hour! This matter is of utmost importance to the National Federation of
the Blind and we urge you to come and support the NFB of Colorado as we
inform the public of this "unfair, discriminatory, and immoral practice."

In Denver, we will be demonstrating at the Goodwill location at 21 S.
Broadway from 11:00am-1:00pm.

A chartered bus will leave our Colorado Center for the Blind at 9:15 am
bound for the Colorado Springs Goodwill location at 2007 S. Circle Drive,
where we too will be demonstrating from 11:00am-1:00pm. We can expect to be
dropped back at the CCB around 2:30pm, so you will have a good portion of
the day to accomplish those Saturday chores and errands. We still have
plenty of available seating on the bus, so come on down!
