[Colorado-talk] RTD Board Meeting on 25 June 2013

The Regional Transportation District (RTD) is holding its monthly Board Meeting on 25 June 2013.  The meeting begins at 5:30 p.m.  The length of the meeting can last past 8:30 p.m.; you may leave whenever your schedule dictates or stay for the entire meeting.  The meetings are at 1600 Blake Street in the RTD Board Room in the basement.  I encourage everyone to consider attending if you are able to do so.  The agenda has a call-in number if that is more convenient.  

The most important issue on the agenda affecting blind people is the upcoming August Service Changes.  

You may find a full agenda, and packet, at http://rtd.iqm2.com/Citizens/Default.aspx.  This month's packet is almost 10mb.  The packets are in pdf format.  The packets are accessible.  I encourage you to contact Erin Klaas with RTD at erin.klaas at rtd-denver.com if you encounter any item which is not accessible.  Please be specific with Ms. Klaas such as the packet page number, the operating system you use, the type of screen reader you use, etc.  This will help her make packets more accessible in the future.  There are graphics in this particular packet, such as maps.
