[Colorado-talk] Automated Stop Announcements

Yes, Denver is slow.  But at the same time, the past five years or so
RTD has worked well with input from the NFB to get this in place.  It
would be great if there were an explanation.

Brent BBatron, who has been involved with this from the first, says
that drivers will not have the option of turning announcements off.
That's critical.
