[Colorado-talk] Automated Stop Announcements

I agree with Dan. What is more important is we report all incidents in which the Automated Stop Announcements (ASA) are not operational. I know RTD experienced a catastrophic failure in the system which they use to deliver ASA over a month ago. The problems MAY be related to the catastrophic failure they experienced. I am not an engineer and I must admit to looking into the crystal ball. With this said, I encourage everyone on this list, or other blind people, to open a ticket at 303-299-6000 or cismail at rtd-denver.com. Please provide RTD the bus number (if available), the route, the stop and time you got on the bus. Having this information will help RTD pinpoint what is really occurring with the system. This is another difference we have in the Federation … we help make the system better for all who use it. Thank you.
