[Colorado-talk] Automated Stop Announcements

I think it's important to be sure that people understand that the
external announcments are not the ASA.  They may say it was working,
but on closer questioning it turns out that the external speaker
announced the bus route and the end-point, not the internal
announcements of stops as the bus travels.
