Subject: Auction item list.

We want to take a moment and express our deepest appreciation to all those who assisted in collecting auction items this year. Please know that we really appreciate the help we had!

Auction rules:

Most Items will be presented for auction at the banquet. So please join us, as we auction off packages then. We will accept cash, checks or credit cards. All payments need to be received at the time of purchase. Individual restrictions and expiration dates apply. Please see the items for details. Since time is limited, we will be conducting the auction in a fast and speedy way, so be prepared!

For your convenience we have listed the items we currently have to offer. There might be some changes. The items will not be presented for bid in the order of this list.
