[Colorado-talk] Reminder of Current events

Hello fellow NFB members,

The NFB of Colorado day at the Capitol is on January 14th at 8:00 A.M. in the Old Supreme Court Chamber on the second floor of the Capitol Building.

Everyone who can make it is encouraged to be there.
I would like to invite you to an NFB of Colorado board meeting on January 16 at our Colorado Center for the Blind.  We will begin at 10am by joining our Denver chapter at its regular monthly meeting.  Around 11am, we will break off for our board meeting.
We will provide lunch somewhere in the noon hour and may be joined by leaders from CAER and teachers of blind children.  The board meeting will continue after lunch and I anticipate that we will be adjourned by 5pm. You need not be a board member of the NFB of Colorado or Denver Chapter to attend this meeting. Please confirm with Lisa Bonderson your ability to attend and your selection from the lunch menu. Lisa's number is 303-504-5979.


You are invited to join the staff and students of the Colorado Center for the Blind when we march in the Martin Luther King Marade on Monday, the 18th of January. We will meet at Colfax and York street at 10:30 and Join in the procession that will be leaving City Park around the same time.

There will be an audio-described rodeo at the Stock Show on January 20 at

7:00 p.m. Discounted tickets may still be available by calling 303-295-2979.

The Promo code is the word audio. Everyone will sit in section 210 for good reception.
