This is huge! Congratulations to the National Federation of the Blind of Colorado and all of the blind parents, children, guardians with disabilities this bill will impact.

It passed! About five of us were on hand this morning when the Senate
31-3 to pass HB1104, leaving only the Governor's signature left to make it law.
