[Colorado-talk] Parents Rights Bill, HB1104

Our bill is up for hearing today. The committee started hearing about
three other bills about 1:45 this afternoon dealing with opioid
addiction. It's still going on right now, and our bill, HB18-1104
should be up afterwards for a vote. Here's a link to listen to the
