Greetings team,

6 Dot Dash 5k only about 75 days away. That is not much time. And, we need
our sponsorship commitments by early May. We need to plan budget and give
sponsors value so we need time to work them into marketing effort.

Folks, we do not yet have a Title sponsor for this year. And we do not yet
have a Platinum. There are great benefits to being a Title or Platinum. We
can customize benefit packages to fit the wants and needs of sponsor
companies or organizations. We currently have Gold sponsors, Philadelphia
Insurance, Southern Foodservice Management, Sysco foods, Zimmer Cox,
Comcast, R3NG/CP&M, and FirstBank. Great going to the team for securing
these 7 Gold, $1000 sponsorships. We are still waiting to see what our BEP
colleagues can raise for us. We do have commitments from vendors like Brad
Basta, Gary Nelson, and Scott Marcotte to provide in-kind contributions of
product for the race. And Brad has been huge securing Southern and Sysco.
Thank you. Julie Deden has been huge securing 3 sponsors. We are truly in
need of a Title and a Platinum. A Title is $5000. A Platinum is $2500. Do
you have friends, family, or colleagues in business or with organizations
that may sponsor?

We are also looking for Silver sponsors at $500. Please remember that all of
these sponsor levels come with marketing and promotional perks. And each of
these packages are easily customizable. If a prospective sponsor would like
to alter their package of benefits, Jessica and I can work closely with them
to bring them maximum value. We also have $300 sponsorships available for
things like Starting Line, Finish Line, Water Station, photographs, etc. We
can come up with something that fits the sponsor. For example, Fidelco Guide
Dog Foundation will be sponsoring our Dog Station. Don't know what that is
yet. But, if they are willing to sponsor it we are willing to create it. I
wonder if Charmin would sponsor our port-a-pots.

It is so important to have a Title and a Platinum sponsor. This is not just
for the money. It is to help brand the event. It sends a message to other
sponsors that being Title or Platinum by investing a few more dollars is the
thing to do.

Please help. This is our principal fundraising and community outreach
activity. Please support the Center and our affiliate. Please put potential
sponsors directly in touch with me, Julie Deden, or Jessica Beecham. Please
send ideas and brainstorms. Together we can follow up.

By the way, Blind Faith Brewing is back to provide our blind beer tasting.
Tell sponsors it is more than a race, it is a festival. There is a kids fun
run, tours of the Center, exhibits, kids games, entertainment, Harley's Hot
Dogs, and much more to be announced.
