RTD last night selected Paul Ballard as Interim General Manager.  A 9 January 2020 article for CPR states, "Paul Ballard oversaw the creation of a 27-mile commuter line that connected Fort Worth to the Dallas-Fort Worth International Airport, the Fort Worth Star-Telegram reported. He retired in 2019, although he told the paper at the time of his announcement that he anticipated staying involved in public transportation as a consultant.”  Although it is good to have an outsider from RTD, Mr. Ballard is not an outsider to transit.  I am beginning to believe that a paradigm shift at RTD could have positive results.
