[Colorado-Talk] New Colorado Covid19 Data driven tracking site seems inaccessible

It just so happpens that I found that page myself last night. I
appreciate your efforts Paul, but this information in this format is
another example of Colorado state government violating Title II of the
ADA.

We should pursue this. Curtis and I have the contacts. But we might
also find a sypathetic ear in the news media.

BTW, the Governor's official twitter account is also sending out info
in the form of untagged image files.
