Get ready to spread holiday cheer!! December 12 from 2 PM until 4 PM we will be having a fun holiday celebration for all of the kids. This is just one of the awesome activities that you’ll be able to participate in. This will be led by our newest blind mommy, Stefanie Baldwin.
Why You're a Gift to Me Letter Writing Activity-

This activity is a chance to focus on the gifts other than just those found beneath the Christmas tree. Writing a, "Why You're a Gift to me" letter is a fun way to give loved ones the gift of grattitude, letting them know they are a gift to you every single day. Of course there are countless reasons why our loved ones are gifts to us, from how they make us feel to the various ways they help us live better lives. If you'd like to participate in this activity, choose just a couple things to include in your letter to a loved one, to either be sharred aloud at the holiday party or given in private. We hope this activity inspires you to take some time this year to write and share as many, "Why You're a Gift to Me" letters as you'd like to.

Pets and service animals count as family member, as well as non blood related friends who in your heart, are family.

Dear Dad,
You have worked hard to be a home school teacher for me this year. That and helping me prepare for my spelling tests are gifts to me. It's also a gift to me that I can always be myself around you. merry Christmas, dad!
