[Colorado-Talk] Update on HB21-1110

It is wild time at the Capitol.  It appears that HB21-1110 is back on
the agenda for the Senate Appropriations today at 8 a.m., with the
word that it will be funded and passed to the Senate floor. Great
effort by everyone to get this done!
