hey Everybody and Feliz 5 de mayo!

You ever wonder what Cinco de Mayo means? And why it matters in the US?
Cinco de Mayo is an annual celebration held on May 5. The date is observed to commemorate the Mexican Army's victory over the French Empire at the Battle of Puebla, on May 5, 1862. Cinco de Mayo was first celebrated in the United States in Southern California in 1863 as a show of solidarity with Mexico against French rule.Join us, on May 5th, with the mile high chapter as we push through the end of this pandemic and stand in solidarity with our brothers and sisters to the south.
Where: zoom, (May  5) from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM .As we learn and enjoy how to make margaritas with George Wurtzel, as our very own Susan D’Mellow says ‘it’s the best margarita I’ve ever had!’, and she knows her margaritas! We can’t celebrate Cinco de Mayo without chips and salsa, and you can’t make them right unless  DeSean Spears is  teaching you how!  finally, Regina Mitchell Will be teaching you how to make and official Cinco de Mayo entrée!

What might a night spending with the mile high and other friends may cost you? Only 10 bucks! What does $10 get you? It’ll get you an evening with the mile high chapter, and you can’t put a price on that. It will also get you the zoom coordinates to join the meeting, and lastly It will get you the list of ingredients to follow along and make these one-of-a-kind Mexican dishes.

So flip your couch cushions, ask your wife and husband for their credit card, or ask a neighbor for a couple of dollar bills and head on over to the link below and join us for an evening of fun!   Registration for the event will be closing April 2 at midnight.  https://checkout.square.site/merchant/7R2HHWEBDRSE2/checkout/AOY3YYR624SMB3FCMHB66X5D
