     I am passing this along for anyone who is interested in making comments.  For those of you who have or are using the SSP program, that is one of the programs overseen by this commission. The Colorado Office of Policy, Research and Regulatory Reform is conducting a sunset review regarding the Colorado Commission for the Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and Deafblind.  This review will produce a report to the Colorado General Assembly and will result in legislation based on the recommendations in the report.

Sunset reviews are guided by evaluation criteria found in section 24-34-104 C.R.S. You may find additional information about the sunset process through our website at:

As a stakeholder, your input is an important component of a successful sunset review.
