I am finding the same exact problem. I'll be contacting the folks at RTD. I don't use this app very often. It's frustrating when this happens.

I mean that, it’s like saying that all bunch of stuff is buttons, but it’s not saying what those buttons are, and so I have to guess what is what, and press different buttons to figure out what happens and I can’t get to the place where I usually view my ticket And buy tickets I used to have them labeled.
