[Colorado-Talk] FW: CCDHHDB will continue to provide services in all areas

Well, we need to give a nod to Julie Reiskin and CCDC for putting out
the call to action that we all responded to.  Let''s remember, that
this apparent walk-back comes on the very day - the very day - the the
Dept. of Human Services budget was before the Joint Budget Committee.

It's CYA, and nothing more. DHS showed its true colors on Wednesday.
