Holiday Work Hours
There will be no work activity on Dec. 25 and Jan. 1 and limited work activity on Dec. 26.

  *   Workdays and hours are anticipated to be Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Weekend work will occur between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Heavy equipment may operate between hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., any day of the week. Material deliveries and staging may occur overnight. All project activities and schedules are weather-dependent and subject to change.
  *   Due to schedule and sequencing, not all active blocks will have activities occurring at all times.

Noise Variance Public Hearing Rescheduled

The Denver Department of Public Health and Environment (DDPHE) has rescheduled the noise variance public hearing to Thursday, Jan. 11, 2024, at 4 p.m. For more information or to submit a public comment, visit the project website<https://cig-pr.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=fc34ba15e6547b8d998f63f6a&id=ab54d680c3&e=0e4069ae0b>.

RTD Service Alert: New Year's Eve

RTD will suspend D, H and L light rail lines during two New Year’s Eve fireworks shows in downtown Denver. However, the agency’s Free MallRide shuttle will continue service on 15th and 17th streets during the events. Additionally, RTD will be providing Zero Fares through a partnership with Molson Coors from 7 p.m. on Dec. 31 through 7 a.m. Jan. 1.

The agency will operate regular service for bus and rail on New Year’s Eve according to a Sunday/holiday schedule, with extra rail cars added to trains where possible to accommodate customers attending Broncos, Avalanche and New Year’s Eve events. On New Year’s Day, RTD will operate according to a Sunday/holiday schedule. The RTD Free MallRide continues to run during the 16th Street Mall Project, rerouted to 15th and 17th streets until the project is complete. The detour is currently from Wazee Street to Civic Center Station.
