[Colorado-Talk] Living In Colorado

Hi to Anyone Living In Colorado,
I am reaching out because I want to know if anyone has some ideas about
living in Colorado. I am starting the process of looking for jobs in
Colorado that will need to start this late summer. I just finished
graduating from Undergrad and have been accepted to grad school at Boulder.
My goal is to try and establish residency in Colorado because I deferred
for a year and for other reasons.

Do you have any ideas what it's like for a blind person to live in Colorado?
Are we discriminated to certain kinds of housing because of blindness?
How long does someone have to rely on a cosigner for renting? Also, what
are the rules about that?

I'm also open to any job opportunities in the Performing Arts, mentoring,
or writing tutoring, if anyone has noticed job announcements.
I am a pianist, and would like to start some teaching, so if there's anyone
needing braille music lessons or piano lessons, I would be happy to teach
them.
