Hello and welcome! I’m sure other folks will chime in on list and off list to help you. Colorado is a great place to live in my opinion. As a blind person, I’ve lived here for over 15 years non-consecutively. The transportation is decent and people are pretty open minded and excepting of their blind citizens. I can’t give you specifics like laws for rent or anything like that. But I can tell you as far as living here, compared to some of the other places, that’s all my friends have come from, Colorado has some great things to offer everybody.
I hope you find what you’re looking for and good luck! I have a feeling you might find a couple of pain, gigs, teaching, braille, music, and or piano around here.

I just finished graduating from Undergrad and have been accepted to grad school at Boulder. My goal is to try and establish residency in Colorado because I deferred for a year and for other reasons.
