Hi Elizabeth -
Cosigners on rentals is a matter of credit rating and income, You have
to have enough of each. The exception of course if low-income housig.
CCB regularly gets notice of these rare vacancies, but a number of our
grads have gotten into places.
If you wanted to be near the campus in Boulder, you'd want to look for
work in the Longmont/Louisville areas or somewhere else in the
northwest Metro area.
