Tjpigjt I'd forward this in case anyone is like me just thinking I
want to read the blue book before I cast me accessible ballot. So
here's the link to the CTBL's audio version. Really appreciate that
they do this for each year's election!

The trees are turning, leaves are falling and pumpkin spice is
everywhere. Which means, it's almost election time again. Below are
two resources the Colorado Talking Book Library has available to our
patrons during election season.

The first is the audio version of the Colorado Blue Book available on
our website at:
https://myctbl.cde.state.co.us/legislative-blue-book-2023

If you are unable to download the audio files from our website, call
the library at 800-685-2136 and one of our Reader Advisors can send
you a copy on a cartridge.

The second is instructions on how to use the Electronic Ballot Marking
System written by Curtis Chong. This document available to send to you
via email. Please contact the library at ctbl.info at cde.state.co.us
requesting the voting document. We will then email you the
instructions. You may also download the instructions from our website
at: https://myctbl.cde.state.co.us/voting-rights

Happy Fall!

Regards,
Teresa
