[Colorado-Talk] you tube accessibility again!

Hello:

I am a long time user of YouTube TV on my Amazon Fire TV Stick. When I first
started using the Fire TV Stick, YouTube TV did have an ability to turn on
audio description for programs/channels where audio description was
provided. This feature has since been deactivated-both in the app itself
running on the Fire TV Stick and also for the app running on an iPhone.
However, the one thing that YouTube TV has going for it is access to most
but not all local television channels. Here in Denver, for example, I am not
able to get Channel 2 on my YouTube TV application, but I am able to get
CBS, NBC, ABC, and Fox. I am also able to get things like the Disney
Channel, Fox News, CNN, BBC America, BBC World Service, etc. And for a bit
extra, I get Acorn TV which is where I can watch Midsomer Murders.

The Fire Stick has its own screen reader, and I surmise that your Samsung TV
also has its own screen reader. Neither screen reader is as good as what I
get on my iPhone or computer.

I just bought the newest version of the Fire TV Stick. This has twice the
memory of the original Fire TV Stick. I am hoping this will resolve the
problems I am experiencing having to reboot the Fire TV Stick at least once
or twice each week.

HTH.

Kind regards,

Curtis Chong
