[Colorado-Talk] Welcome the New Denver Chapter Board

Hey Colorado!

I am excited to announce that, at yesterday's Denver Chapter meeting,
we elected a new Board of Directors, including Maureen Nietfeld as
President. We had 41 in-person attendees and 9 virtual.

I announced a year ago that I would step down, and when Maureen
indicated she wanted to run for President, I endorsed her  in our
October meeting. I am really enthusiastic about the future of the
Denver Chapter under Maureen's leadership.

The Denver Chapter started in 1955. It's been an honor to serve the
members of this chapter, and humbling for me to follow the many
venerable leaders who have served as this chapter's President in those
69 years - from Ray McGeorge to my wife Julie Deden to our beloved
Scott LaBarre. I have no doubt that Maureen will be a worthy successor
of this great tradition, and that the Denver Chapter will continue to
thrive and grow!
