It is a blueberry cake I wrote the wrong thing in the subject line. It has a
tiny bit of lemon juice and lemon zest, but It will not taste lemony at all.
Lemon zest and/or juice is used in most homemade cakes with fruit. It keeps
the fruit fresher.
