Paratransit customers are allowed access to reduced paratransit fares if
they make less than 250% of the Federal Poverty Level. This is the same
practice for fixed route services. Bringing the paratransit and fixed route
reduced fares parallel except for monthly passes . The way to apply for an
RTD LIVE reduced fare pass is on the Peak website.

 

Below, is a list of household size with Federal Poverty Levels as well as
250% levels. You might be surprised to know that 250% of FPL for one person
is $37,650  and for a family of four is $78,000.
