How to apply for RTD LIVE:

 

The primary way to apply is on the Peak website. First, go to the Dashboard.
Second, press apply for benefits. Then find the tab for RTD. Once you find
the RTD LIVE application you will need to fill it out. Even if you already
have a PEAK account and receive services like Medicaid, you are  basically
filling out a new application where you will need to provide data like your
social security number. You will also need to submit a photo of each person
applying for an RTD LIVE card. Photos can be from your phone. Your headshot
photo has to be a unique photo not from another id. No sunglasses. No
smiles. No hats. Shirts are required. No hands in photo. Stare straight
ahead. Eyes must be open.

 

An RTD LIVE card is supposed to be mailed to you within two weeks of
approval. The fare for LIVE paratransit is $2.25. The regular fare for
paratransit is $4.50.
