Season's greetings,

It's time for the National Federation of the Blind of Southern Colorado holiday Christmas extravaganza! December 13 from noon until the jungle bells stop ringing. The celebration will be at ChangeLine, 601 N Nevada Ave. Some of you will recall our very successful roadshow last spring at that location. There will be eats aplenty. There will be surprise guests. There will be some amazing entertainment. There will be door prizes and a 50/50 drawing. Of course, we will feature Jeanette's White Elephant exchange. Bring something silly and something fun for the exchange. Jeanette has suggested an upper limit of $15.

This year, we will have a suggested donation to help cover our costs of 5-$10. For those who cannot afford it. Do not worry, come along anyway. Because we are having food, we would really like to have a count. So if you could please RSVP by December 9. You can just send me an email or give me a call. 303-929-2369. NFBCOS and our friends at the Colorado Springs Chapter look forward to seeing you. This is going to be our biggest and best! If you have ideas for the celebration, please also let us know. I'm sure there will be a 50/50 drawling. You are going to love our guest entertainment. Have you ever heard of the Moldy Figs? Man, can these dudes swing! They got the Christmas spirit. Please invite all blind and low vision people and their families, whether or not they are members. Kids of all ages are welcome.
