Hello NFB Denver chapter!!

Reminder we will have our meeting on the second Saturday this month due to the western welcome week parade. We will meet on August 9 10 AM till 12 PM at
The Colorado Center for the Blind
2233 W. Shepherd Avenue
Littleton, CO 80120

We will be talking about the accessible prescription Bill that went into law on July 1,  discussing how to advocate at your local pharmacy to ensure that you are able to receive accessible prescriptions. Breakfast will be served at 9:30 a.m. for a five dollar purchase. This is a great way to support the students of the Colorado Center for the Blind. Stay after from 12 PM until 1 PM and enjoy complementary snow cones and popcorn and a chance to just hang out.
Also we will be collecting school supplies for a local Littleton elementary school. For every three items you donate, will receive a raffle entry and a chance to win $50!!
