Hello! 

We’re reaching out to ask for your help in spreading the word about an important opportunity to help make the City of Boulder more accessible to everyone!

The City of Boulder and the Center for People With Disabilities (CPWD) are inviting community members to share feedback on how city buildings, parks, and programs can be made more inclusive and accessible. This input will directly inform the city's ADA Transition Plan and we want to ensure our voices are front and center in that process.

Can you please share this event with your networks and consumers? Or attend yourself! 

Event Details:
Date: Saturday, August 9

Time: Two sessions (choose the time that works best)
– 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
– 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Help Make Boulder More Accessible! 
The City of Boulder and the Center for People With Disabilities (CPWD) want to hear from you! Share your thoughts on how to improve access to city buildings, parks, and programs.

About the Project:  

Altura Solutions, LLC. has been selected to create the City of Boulder Americans with Disabilities Act Transition Plan. Altura will evaluate city facilities, programs and services for ADA compliance. The resulting report will reflect the current state of the City of Boulder facilities, address existing architectural and program barriers, and detail future steps for improvement and implementation. 

*	Year 1 July 2024-July 2025 
*	Analysis of the City of Boulder programs, services and activities 
*	Year 2 July 2025-July 2026 
*	Analysis and reporting of City of Boulder facilities including portions of the Right of Way (ROW), and parks. 
*	Year 3 July 2026-July 2027 
*	Development of the ADA Transition Plan.
