hello all,
i too totally agree with that statement. we can have disagreements on a certain product. but, different strokes for different folks imo!
we aren't all cookie cutter people and, something might work for someone but, not for that blind or disabled person.
this list is to give out information on stuff and, it's your decision to use it, try it, or purchase it.
just my thoughts on this matter.
hugs,
amy sabo

Beautifully said Theresa. I had wanted to respond, I felt like whoever posted these links was getting kind of beat up, and my heart was hurting a bit for this person. One should never be afraid to share, and the idea can be put into use, or Not used, depending on personal preference.Sent from my iPhoneOn Jun 4, 2025, at 7:54 PM, THERESA MONTANO via Colorado-Talk <colorado-talk at nfbnet.org> wrote: It is a beautiful thing that we can share innovative ideas and thoughts. Very confused… I don’t know why someone would need to use these blinking bracelets? It seems unnecessary to me but then again I have not been on a cruise before. But I mean, I don’t go around to new hotels and other large areas and tell the front desk to look for my blinking light and rush over to help me please. Is this a thing for someone with multiple disabilities? We have canes and mouths aren’t those enough?Sorry, maybe I shouldn’t reply to emails this late at night. This just doesn’t make sense._______________________________________________Colorado-Talk mailing listColorado-Talk at nfbnet.orghttp://nfbnet.org/mailman/listinfo/colorado-talk_nfbnet.orgTo unsubscribe, change your list options or get your account info for Colorado-Talk:http://nfbnet.org/mailman/options/colorado-talk_nfbnet.org/sue%40teamspirit.netList archives can be found at <http://www.nfbnet.org/pipermail/colorado-talk_nfbnet.org>
